About Me

Hi I'm Alice McCullim I trained in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Qualifying in November 2007 a dream realized and is currently working very successfully from Whitburn, Sunderland, and a member of the Nation council of Hypnotherapist.

I have a Hypnotherapy Practitioners diploma (HPD) qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and trained in Past life regression. I also qualified seven years ago have taking parts One and Two in the art of Reiki. I also intend to continue with my development in learning to enhance my practice and capabilities.
It is my intention in the future to hold workshops for relaxation, which will be invaluable to clients in the present day situation of changes causing more people to become even more stressed with every day living.

Using therapeutic counselling I give my clients the feelings and belief that they can comfortably disclose and explore aspects in their life that are troublesome to them. With therapeutic understanding and empathy, it re enforces my clients confidence that someone is not just listening but will assist them in over coming their difficulties.
Two people connecting for the good is how I as a therapist with understanding guide with therapeutic intervention and hypnosis to come to a successful conclusion.
My clients enjoy comfortable relaxed surroundings with excellent facilities and easily accessible with disabled access and parking.

My aim is to give you the means to succeed by providing you with a unique, personal and totally confidential service. With my professional but friendly approach, I will listen to your needs, discuss the best approaches available to you and then using a combined approach of therapeutic counselling and hypnotherapy, aim to bring the means to you to reach an effective outcome. The process is not a magic cure however! YOU need to work with me, be involved and most of all be motivated to succeed.....

Q. Some therapist have testimonial on their websites, so why don’t I?

A. The NCH consider them unethical, as they can be falsified and misleading. The Advertising standard Authority require testimonial be verified and this may mean confidentiality is broken. Confidentiality is a crucial part in my practice and therefore I choose not to use testimonials. I find when my clients have completed their treatment they feel they can then discuss with family and friends and word of mouth about my practice is of more value to me as recommendation than testimonials.

Should you have any questions or concern I would be happy to discuss them with you.
